Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Pelro handles personal information submitted through the investigation inquiry form on this website.
Who we are
Pelro is operated by Viraj Khandare, an individual, as an unregistered business in India. It is not a private limited company, LLP or other incorporated entity.
The public business and privacy contact is contact@pelro.ai. Please do not attach confidential source material to emails about an inquiry.
Information we collect
The inquiry form collects:
- Name
- Work email
- Company
- Area of examination
- A short description of the matter
- Optional timing
- A submission timestamp
Netlify, which hosts the form, may also process technical data such as IP address, browser type, date and time of the request, and spam-filter signals (including an unused honeypot field). The form does not ask for a budget, a password, a marketing subscription, or uploads of customer records or other confidential documents.
How we use it
We use this information only to assess whether a discussion can be arranged, to respond, and to keep a record of the inquiry. We do not add senders to a marketing list. The form does not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Where it is stored and who can access it
Submissions are not stored only in Gmail. Netlify Forms stores the submitted fields. For each verified submission, Netlify also sends a notification email to an authorized Pelro-controlled Gmail account used with this form.
contact@pelro.ai is the public contact address, provided through Google Workspace. It is not the configured Netlify notification address. This notice does not describe automatic forwarding between Google accounts.
Service providers: Netlify (website hosting, form storage and notification email) and Google (email). Access is limited to Viraj Khandare and anyone he authorizes who needs the Netlify dashboard or those mailboxes to assess and respond.
International processing
Netlify and Google process data in the United States and other countries where they operate. Information you submit may therefore be processed outside India.
How long we keep it
Unsuccessful business inquiries are kept for 12 months from receipt, or until earlier deletion is requested, unless a longer period is required to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. If an inquiry leads to a separate engagement, that work is retained under the engagement, not under this form notice.
Deletion is manual, not automatic. When an unsuccessful inquiry is removed, Pelro deletes the corresponding Netlify Forms record and copies of the notification email that Pelro controls in Google mailboxes used for this purpose, except where a justified exception applies. Netlify or Google may keep backups or logs under their own terms.
Your requests
You may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of an inquiry. Write to contact@pelro.ai and do not attach confidential source material. We may ask for reasonable information to confirm that the request relates to the right inquiry. Using the same work email as the submission is one way to do that; it is not the only way.
Cookies
This static website does not set a Pelro analytics or advertising cookie. The site may use the browser’s local storage only for an optional internal type-label preview. Netlify may set cookies needed to host the site. The inquiry form is intended for adult professional contacts.
