Privacy Policy

This policy describes the personal and business data Pelro collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is a product-accurate draft, not a certified privacy programme statement.

Data we collect

Account data: name, work email, password (stored by our authentication provider), brand/workspace name, and optional profile details you enter.

Workspace data: commerce records you import (for example order, SKU, cost and related operating fields), team membership, and founder decisions you record in the product.

Technical data: session cookies needed to keep you signed in, and standard request logs used to operate and secure the service.

How we use data

We use this information to create your workspace, authenticate you, calculate operating intelligence from imported records, send account emails such as verification and password reset, and keep the service secure.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use imported commerce records to train public marketing models.

Processors

Authentication, database storage and file-backed workspace records are hosted with Supabase. The web application is hosted on Vercel. Account emails are sent through the email channel configured for the project. These providers process data on our instructions to run Pelro.

Retention and your choices

Contact support to request deletion of your account or workspace data.

Some records may be retained for a limited period where we must keep them for security or legal reasons.

You may close your browser and sign out at any time. Session cookies are required for the signed-in product to work.

Children

Pelro is a business product. It is not directed at children and should not be used to create an account for anyone under 18.
