Who these terms cover

Pelro is a founder-led operating system for Indian D2C brands. By creating an account you agree to use the service for your own business operations and to keep your login details confidential.

If you do not agree, do not create an account or continue using the product.

The current product

Features, pricing, availability and data workflows can change. Some dashboard connectors shown in the product are not live yet. The working commerce data path is CSV import.

We may pause, limit or discontinue parts of the service while we improve it. We will try to give notice for material changes.

Your account and workspace

You must provide accurate account details and are responsible for activity under your login. You may only invite people who are allowed to see your business data.

You keep ownership of the commerce records you import. You grant Pelro permission to process that data solely to provide the workspace, calculate operating intelligence and protect the service.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass authentication or access another workspace, upload unlawful data, or use Pelro to provide a competing hosted service with our confidential materials.

No professional advice

Profitability, inventory, courier and trend views are decision support based on the records you provide. They are not accounting, tax, legal or investment advice. You remain responsible for commercial decisions.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Pelro is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect losses arising from use of the product. Nothing in this draft excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
